Job description/ Your responsibilities 

• To coordinate with the operation team, according to the order requirements, make the operation plan of goods out of warehouse and in warehouse in advance, and order the operation plan of import and export to the ground operation team, to ensure that the goods are accurately in and out of the warehouse.
• Check the quantity and quality of goods, check with warehouse management to ensure compliance with order requirements and warehouse standards.
• Use the warehouse management system to record the goods in and out of the warehouse information, vehicle registration - into the warehouse - on the shelves - out of the warehouse and a series of data updates to update the inventory records in a timely manner.
• Assist in arranging packing and loading/unloading of goods to ensure safe transportation and storage of goods.
• Coordinate with internal warehouse departments and external transportation companies to arrange transportation and distribution of goods.
• Assist in inventory counting and adjustment, provide timely feedback on inventory abnormalities, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Utilize warehouse system, according to the customer demand, give operation instruction to the warehouse ground operator, such as Dropping service, label/ relabeling/ parcel return, etc.

Your profile 

• Fluent in English speaking and writing skills
• Experience in logistics warehouse operation is preferred
• Good teamwork and coordination skills
• Familiar with warehouse management system and logistics operation process
• Good problem solving and adaptability skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Good in Chinese or Dutch is preferred
